Our Process

Initial Consultation

This first contact can take place face-to-face or over the phone. We prefer to meet our clients in person if the opportunity presents itself. This initial contact is a fact-finding process where we will have a discussion about all relevant aspects of a client’s situation.

Finance Proposal / Strategy Paper

We produce a comprehensive document based on the consultation process in which a variety of prospective scenarios are examined and outlined with regard to their impact. Once you have decided on your most appropriate strategy moving forward, we make an assessment on lenders and products available in the market place and provide a choice of the most advantageous options suitable to your situation.

Second Consultation

Following review of the Finance Proposal / Strategy Paper, we will be in touch to further evaluate your situation and prospective options. We will take into account your feedback and provide guidance for you to make the decision on how you would like to proceed.

Proceed with Application

During the course of the application process, we will deal with the requirements of your case and act as project manager during the entire process with the lender. We will be available for consultation with you at any time and attain your approval in the most simple and efficient manner.
