Our Process

Initial Consultation

Our first consultation can take place face-to-face or over the phone, whichever method you prefer.
This initial contact is a fact-finding process where we discuss all relevant aspects of your situation. We endeavour to use the most up to date technology available, enabling us to complete your loan application completely remote should you require us to.

Finance Proposal

We produce a comprehensive document based on the consultation process in which a variety of prospective scenarios are examined and outlined with regard to their impact. This includes an assessment on lenders and products available in the marketplace and provides a choice of the most advantageous options suitable to your situation.

Second Consultation

Once you have had time to go over the finance proposal, we then review this document together over a video call. This allows us to further evaluate your situation and prospective options. We will take into account your feedback and provide guidance for you to make the decision on how you would like to proceed.

Proceed with Application

Once you have approved your preferred strategy, we will then proceed to prepare your application with your chosen lender. During the course of your application, we will deal with the requirements of your case and act as your advocate during the entire process with the lender. We will be available for consultation with you at any time and attain your approval in the most simple and efficient manner.

Loan Approval

Loan approval process varies from lender to lender. We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the application every step of the way.
