The Process

Strategic Advisory

Our process is unique to the industry. We take the time to get to know our clients and gain an in-depth understanding of their situation, goals and aspirations for the future. At Strategic Advisory, we pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of professionalism and due diligence. Our steadfast goal is to help clients achieve an outcome of optimal wealth creation while providing an acceptable standard of living and security.

Below is a brief overview of the process:

1. Initial Consultation – This first contact can take place face-to-face or over the phone. We prefer to meet our clients in person if the opportunity presents itself. This initial contact is a fact-finding process where we will have a discussion about all relevant aspects of a client’s situation.

2. Strategy Paper – We produce a comprehensive document based on the consultation process in which a variety of prospective scenarios are examined and outlined with regard to their impact on cash flow.

3. Second Consultation – Following review of the Strategy Paper, we will be in touch to further evaluate your situation and prospective options. We will take into account your feedback and provide guidance for you to make the decision on how you would like to proceed.

4. Finance Proposal – Once you have decided on your most appropriate strategy going forward, we make an assessment on lenders and products available in the market place and provide a choice of the most advantageous options suitable to your situation.

5. Proceed with Application – During the course of the application process, we will deal with the requirements of your case and act as project manager during the entire process with the lender. We will be available for consultation with you at any time and attain your approval in the most simple and efficient manner.

6. Post Settlement – Strategic Advisory maintains a long-term perspective. We will always look forward to any opportunity to speak with you after settlement has taken place. We value our client relationships above all else and are focused on developing strong, enduring relationships.
